<p>An October storm knocked out power to a 400-gallon hardy reef tankat a private residence I service weekly.  The back-up generator did not kick on so it was necessary to perform some emergency care.  These images show me siphoning water out of the tank and pouring it back in to oxygenate the tank until the power came back on.  All of Anchor&#8217;s accounts are assured immediate response to an emergency service on a 24/7 basis.</p>

This past March I had the honor to work on part of an outdoor installation showcased at the NYC Whitney Museum&#8217;s 2008 Biennial art exhibition.  I specifically worked with the distinguished artist Fritz Haeg (<a href="http://www.FritzHaeg.com">www.FritzHaeg.com</a>) to build a pond in the sculpture garden outside of the museum as part of his Animal Estates exhibit.  We placed pond liner over a wooden structure and filled it with water.  We placed pumps throughout the bottom to circulate the water, as well as to empty the pond into a side drain in case of leaks.  These pictures are, first, of the pond under construction and, then, of the final product at the launch party.</p>

In the summer of 2007 we performed a &#8220;makeover&#8221; on an existing 400-gallon saltwater tank. This overhaul took about 4 to 5 days to complete - involving a complete overhaul of all tank decorations and filtration, acrylic scratch removal, and a lighting upgrade. The results were dramatic.
